NEW PETS COMING VERY SOON!

Very soon members will be able to buy Little Fang and friends! Here is what Webosaurs are saying:

We’re all anxious to take home our pets!

The next step is adding the pets to the testing site. Blogosaurs will be able to test the pets out first to make sure that we’ve gotten them just right for you! Soon after we will make them available for purchase in the Pet Shop.

Remember guys, this is only the very beginning of the pets! We plan on making lots of fun things that you can use to play with your pet including more toys and abilities. This is going to be so cool!!

Hey guys! Ever since we launched the Understory Layer along with the Pet Shop, we know you’ve been excited to get your hands on the pets inside. We’re happy to tell you that we are very close to making this a reality! Wanted to fill you in on a little information about our upcoming pet launch:

* Be able to name your pet

* You’ll need to take care of your pet to keep them happy by giving them baths and feeding them

* Your pet will be able to do a range of actions (including pooping!)

* Take your pet out around the Island to show off your little buddy

* Your pet will play with the ball in your member’s cave

* Pets are members only!

* At first you will be able to have one pet, but in the future you’ll be able to have more than one

However, Rex said that he’d sent all Blogosaurs a pic of the new pet control panel, and I don’t seem to have revieved anything from Webo recently. Ummm…?

We are so lucky to have as many awesome bloggers as we do, and we want to make sure that those putting in the most work get recognition for their efforts. We’ll start making this change a week from now to give everyone enough time to submit their application.

Testing Site

This is not active yet, but we will let you know once it is fully set up and ready to go. Blogosaurs will be able to come into the testing site and try out new features before we release them to the rest of the Island. You’re input and feedback will help us to make the new updates into exactly what you need. Although screenshots will not be allowed from the testing site, you will be free to write about the things you are testing out.

New Blogs

Did you end up making a new blog? Have you worked on another blog but now you write for a new one instead? As long as you can prove you’ve met the requirements we will still hook you up with a Blogosaur badge.

Any extra proof that you meet these requirements will help us award the badge to you sooner. EVENTS REMINDER!

Today is the Karaoke Night! Yaaaaaay!

First official party in the new Understory Layer. Join Rexxy and your friends at the Giant Umbrella for some fun-filled karaoke and hanging out. Don’t want to sing? Be a waiter, or a chef… first person to claim restaurant manager gets it! We may even need a Karaoke DJ to pick singers. Event starts at 17:30 WST in the Jurassic Server at the Giant Umbrella. Don’t forget to unlock the Understory Layer first!

Rexxy Awards: Sunday

Remember that today is the last day to submit your video entries to info@webosaurs.com. The Rexxy Awards Ceremony will commence at 12:00 WST at the Lizard Lounge in Jurassic server. Come hang out with the entire Webosaurs cast: Rexxy, Horns, Pterry and Stretch for this awesome event.
